Centrelake Upland is located on E. Foothill Boulevard in Upland, adjacent to San Antonio Medical Center. Walk-in X-Ray and walk-in Ultrasound is provided for the convenience of patients, doctors and the community.
Centrelake Upland feature vibrant artwork, large screen plasma televisions, and a comfortable patient lounge area to alleviate the stress and anxiety associated with imaging. Patients will feel comforted by our modern design, plush surroundings, and compassionate staff. Most importantly, we understand that patients and referring physicians require accessibility and convenience from an imaging center. The close proximity and ample parking of Centrelake Upland will provide patients and physicians easy access.
Centrelake Upland is home to the most critical radiology modalities. This facility was designed to complement our Ontario facility and provide patients with conveniently located options. Centrelake Upland offers:

We are open Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5PM and emphasize flexible scheduling that allow patients to make appointments that fit into their routine schedules. We are proud to be one of the first to offer walk-in Ultrasounds in addition to walk-in X-Ray studies. Centrelake Upland is co-located with Kaiser Permanente.
