Centrelake Covina is located on Hollenbeck Ave in Covina, conveniently located in the eastern San Gabriel Valley, easily accessible to the I-10, I-210, and Route 60. Walk-in Digital X-ray and Ultrasound is provided for the convenience of the patients, doctors, and the community. Further, the center is within minutes of Inter-Community Medical Center, Queen of the Valley Citrus, Kindred Hospital, and San Dimas Community Hospital.

We are open Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5PM. We emphasize flexible scheduling that allows patients to make appointments that fit into their routine schedules. Walk-ins are also welcome.
